High Mountain Crop Cultivator
The experience
Our lodge is located at 4,150 meters above sea level, above the tree line. Due to these high-altitude conditions, cultivation requires specialized techniques to support plant growth and ensure sustainability. Using adapted farming methods, we are able to sustainably cultivate a limited variety of crops, including potatoes, peas, chilies, onions, garlic, celery, carrots and a selection of locally sourced herbs.
