Volunteering at the hostelYouththethe the hostelwas the best decision I could've made when I planned on coming to Scotland. The place is so unique and beautiful and quickly became a second home and a comfort place to me. It is so much fun and I met so many amazing people here who I now can proudly call my friends. There's always something fun going on because there are so many different events like ceilidh dance nights, pool tournaments etc. Also the work is really easy and also fun. I just really enjoyed my time here and would always come back to volunteer again! :)

I had the pleasure of volunteering at the hostelwith my sister for over a month. Our tasks ranged from reception to cleaning to event hosting. The scheduling was flexible to any special requests and we felt very supported in completing all our tasks. All the volunteers worked together and made working quite enjoyable. Although we were far from the city centre, there was never a dull moment at thethe hostel. The staff and the other volunteers was what really made the whole experience special. I can see why volunteers like to come back!

Volunteering at the hostelwas an amazing experience!! The location, while remote is well connected with a bus that stops outside thethethe hostel. the hostelis stunning with incredible views right on our doorstep. The work is easy and all the volunteers help each other so it never actually feels like work. The best part of the hostelis the volunteers and all the people you meet! Every day was something different - kayaking, pool tournaments, hiking, swimming, ceilidh's, games nights, karaoke, movie nights, we were never bored. I'll miss everyone and I can't wait to come back again.

Staying at the hostelwas AMAZINGGGGG🫶🏻. I can only recommend to go. I met the most amazing people ever and we had so many fun nights, partying or just chilling, having a movie night... It's also super easy to connect to guests cause everyone is so open and friendly. The nature is gorgeous, you can go for hikes or jump into the hostelor hitchhike to some cute villages. The volunteers felt like a family and I will definitely visit again😍lots of love to everyone and YEHAAAWWW🤠🐄

I was originally only meant to only stay 3 weeks atthethethe hostel. That quickly turned into 3 more weeks once I realized how special this place was. From the minute I got there, I was welcomed with open arms, friendly banter, good laughs, and warm connections. the hostelsucks you in entirely, you become one with the culture and the environment. I've made friendships that will transcend my time there, people I will reconnect with along my travels after the experience. I'll never forget my time at this place and I look forward to coming back to visit.

At first, I was a bit hesitant being my first volunteer experience at athethe hostel, but my worries were soon eased when I started to work and meet the amazing people that make thisthethe the hostelsuch a special place. The location is quite remote, but you quickly learn to adapt to it. The tasks are usually fairly divided and easy to complete. The forests, the hikes you can go to and just appreciating the beauty of thethethethe the hostelat our doorstep every day makes this place even more magical. I met friends and made memories I'll cherish forever. Like many have, I hope to go back to the hostelonce again!

Volunteering at the hostelwas truly a life-changing experience that I highly recommend. I truly believe the hostelgives each volunteer exactly what they need. For me that was amazing sunsets over the hostelto reflect and journal and an amazing family of volunteers that were the best company. We kayaked, hiked, played pool tournaments, danced at ceilidhs, had movie nights, karaoke sessions, swims in thethe hostel, family dinners, game nights and so much more. There is truly something for everyone atthethethe hostel. I am so grateful for my time there and for all the amazing people I met.

It was amazing experience! Everyone are very welcoming and tries to be including. Every evening there is some activity on the list, my personally favourite were Keighley! Two times in a week is admirable for the Manager who is hosting it, I'll always felt I can bring new ideas to thethethe the hosteland they are welcomed with enthusiasm! I totally recommend also because of the calm destination

I would highly recommend the hostelto anyone who enjoys meeting great people and having fun. The staff and volunteers are all extremely kind and welcoming people who will make your time excellent. Every night offers an event to participate in from drinking games, traditional Scottish dances, pub quizzes, bonfires and pool tournaments. Work is very easy and leaves you with a lot of free time to utilize their array of instruments and books, along with kayaking, hiking, or any other way you want to fill your time. A quaint remote cabin surrounded by nature and filled with good vibes.
