Create Art & Decorate a New Seaside Hostel (Pre-Opening Project)

The experience

Join us in Saranda between 12–30 April and help bring a brand-new seaside hostel to life before we open to guests. As an Art & Decoration Volunteer, you’ll work on painting, decorating, and adding creative touches to the hostel, including drawing, graffiti, or small artistic projects that fit the space and vibe.
This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for artists and makers who want to leave a visible mark on a hostel’s first season.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Requirements

Fluent English or Fluent Italian

Between 21 and 40 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Albania

Rules

1- Zero tolerance for harassment
Any form of sexual harassment or disrespect toward guests and/or team members is not tolerated. Complaints are taken seriously and may result in immediate dismissal.
2- Respect, consent, and boundaries
Volunteers must always respect personal boundaries, consent, and cultural differences, both in social situations and shared spaces.
3- Professional behavior at all times
While the hostel is social, volunteers are expected to maintain professional conduct during shifts and in common areas.
