Activities & Shift
As a Hostel Care & Guest Turnover Volunteer, you’ll help keep the hostel clean, organized, and ready for incoming guests during the 11:00–15:00 shift. Your main focus is bed turnovers between guests, always working alongside another volunteer or staff member. You’ll also be responsible for the laundry of bed sheets, including washing, hanging them to dry, folding, and preparing them for the next day.
Once rooms are ready, you’ll support the team by cleaning common areas, changing bins, and refilling soap and toilet paper in shared bathrooms.
All volunteers take part in routine checks, such as trash and recycling, supply inventory, basic AC and safety checks, and reporting any issues to the host.

Volunteers must always respect personal boundaries, consent, and cultural differences, both in social situations and shared spaces.
3- Professional behavior at all times
