We are Maxmee Backpackers Hostel, located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, and during our busy season we’re looking for a few volunteers to join our team now!
This is a great opportunity to live in one of Australia’s most famous beach destinations while meeting travelers from all over the world 🌍✨

What you offer

15 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

What you get

3 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Parties: Get discounts at nearby parties and clubs.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Activities & Shift

🧹🍹 Your main tasks:
🏠 Housekeeping duties in the hostel
🍺 Assisting with bar and general hostel activities
🤝 Supporting the team with daily operations

⏰ Work exchange details:
🕒 15 hours per week
📆 Flexible schedule (to be arranged with the team)
