The organization has a wonderful mission, and they take care of the local community every day. Jean maintains a group of devoted local and foreign volunteers who act every day to support their own community.I felt so welcomed by the organization's volunteers in leadership. They are so capable with running the NGO, but had patience to welcome me and make me comfortable for my short volunteership. At this NGO, the leadership truly has servant's hearts. Partnering with the Scuba club was scary, but I went out of my comfort zone to learn scuba, and I'm so grateful that I could witness nature in this way!

My experience at the organization was great! I met lots of amazing people, improved my spanish level and was given quite a lot of autonomy to explore and establish my own projects according to my interests! The staff is built by amazing people who I had the luck of seeing on a daily basis, either during the always fun lunches in the NGO made by Nelly or having dinner with my roomates, exploring the city, organizing events, etc. Thank you to everyone for being so welcoming, special shout-out to Mineudys who goes above and beyond to assure all the volunteers are comfortable and happy <3

A truly transformative experience! This was one of the most meaningful and enriching experiences I've ever had. I learned a lot about myself, community living, meditation, commitment, and collaboration. I developed skills I didn't even know I had, like teaching Zumba, samba and meditation, and I also improved my Spanish. It was a deep journey of self-discovery and personal growth. The volunteer work requires dedication, but it's absolutely worth it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for real transformation and a deeper connection with life. With love and gratitude! :)

More than i've expected. One of the best experience that i've had in my life because it was really aligned whit my life purpose, so i had the oportunity to lived every day on that. Jean, really inspired me every day to be at the service of the others and to continue whit that path. I'm so grateful because i can improved my english, french and some skills of teaching zumba, yoga, meditation, strectching, lidership and others soft skils that i'm sure are going to open a lot of doors in the future. You will have the oportunity to improve yourself, discover and achive all your potencial. Love!

I really enjoyed my experience at the organization. I joined the scuba diving project, which meant I did not spend as much time at the community centre, however the time I did spent there I really enjoyed. The staff, local volunteers and international volunteers are all super kind and friendly, and you can see the good that they do for the community here. The marine conservation project was super cool, I got my diving certificate and the dive centre that they work with also have really nice instructors and were really welcoming. Overall, I would highly recommend volunteering here! :)

During my time spent At the organization NGO I learned a lot about the importance of community and the positive power that can be obtained from it. With the help of the Spanish teacher (who was outstanding in skill and personality) I was able to improve my Spanish skills while also learning a few new dance moves! I especially had an outstanding time at the SII Scuba diving centre. My instructor Jan was an absolutely amazing teacher with lots of experience and patience. Always wanting me to be my best, and supporting me through challenges! I would definitely re visit this scuba site.

I completed the diving program involved with the organization, the diving program was amazing you receive your B1 after one week, see the reef and pick up trash on the seabed was a really enriching experience. Lunch was great, I did need more fruit than provided but grocery stores are close by . Fun Spanish classes, workshops, dancing, climbing and group projects were all on. Apartment is amazing location. I had issues with lost luggage and cancelled flight and the staff were amazing at helping me sort this out. This is a great experience to incorporate diving and NGO work, highly recommend!!

Being part of the organization was definitely one of the highlights of my first experience in Spain. All the people I met, from the host, the international volunteers and the locals, where just the kindest people you could imagine! I'd highly recommend this experience to anyone that really wants to learn about the local culture and community in Barcelona!
