We’re looking for a friendly, positive, and responsible person to join our team at the front desk of our hostel. This role is perfect for someone who loves meeting people, sharing good vibes, and creating unforgettable experiences for travelers from all over the world 🌎✨

As a front desk volunteer, you’ll be the first smile our guests see and an important part of our hostel’s atmosphere.

What you offer

28 hours of help per week

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Requirements

Intermediate Spanish or Intermediate English

Between 22 and 40 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
