The experience

This position is ideal for a traveler seeking to develop leadership, organizational, and collaborative skills within a mindful, growth-oriented environment.
The Vision:
We believe that maintaining a clean and organized space is a collective practice, not a solitary chore. Your role is to « focalize » the Housekeeping Area by making sure that the community environment remains cleaned, organized and transformative for everyone.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Additional fee required

Amount: € 5 Per day

Fee pays for: Donation to project

Description: The contribution does not apply for stays of at least 2 months OR if you’re ready to take responsibilities in your area of work (let’s talk about it!)

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Holistic Therapies: You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Fluent English or Fluent Italian

Over 21 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

We meet everyday at 8:30 am for a Connection Circle in which we share our feelings as well as organize the day together. From there the collaboration usually spans from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm for lunch, then the afternoon is open space for connection, workshops, work or relaxing.

We’d like to connect with anyone interested in joining us to be sure the exchange feels comfortable and mutually aligned.

Activities & Shift

Your day starts with the community rhythm and then focuses on practical contributions for about 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday.

Tasks vary depending on needs and skills, with guidance when needed and space to propose ideas, such as:

Listing cleaning tasks for Tuesday’s Community Cleaning Day
Preparing Rooms & Welcoming Guests for new Arrivals
Working in the Garden
Doing anything that feels right for you in the moment

Afternoons are generally free for rest, nature walks, learning, or community activities.
