The experience

I'm looking for fun-loving, happy people with good positive energy! You'll be greeting and welcoming our French guests to our 4-star luxury resort, and answering any questions they may have. You'll need to be fluent in the English language too, so you can communicate with our Vietnamese staff - unless you can speak the Vietnamese language yourself! If you are a social person who loves to chat with interesting people - this position is for you!

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Program Details

Many of our 4-star luxury beach resort guests come from France and other French-speaking regions of the world. We need your help to welcome them and communicate with them in their own language. We want you to teach us your language and your culture! Join our other volunteers and become a close-knit team. Share your special skills with all of us! Sometimes you will be working with the entire team of 6 or 7 volunteers - and sometimes alone.

Activities & Shift

You'll be on-duty 5 hours per day, 5 days a week. Volunteering days and hours vary. The rest of the time, enjoy the two swimming pools, fine-dining in our restaurants, the live music in our lounge, and our white sand beach! Try kite-surfing! Swim in the warm tropical ocean! Play in the waves! Stay in an air conditioned room with hot shower and free wifi, (probably a private room) - but be prepared to share your room if things get busy. Housekeeping once a week! Three full meals per day are provided: fabulous breakfast buffet in restaurant, lunch in staff canteen, and fine-dining dinner in restaurant. Did we mention that this is a 4-star luxury beach resort? It is!

Rules

Since this is a 4-star luxury beach resort, you will need to bring long black pants/trousers and proper shoes (no sandals while on-duty) - we will provide you with a beach resort uniform/shirt and name tag.
