The experience

We are a small family-run place in Koh Lanta, run by Man and his wife Fa with their two young sons.
Life here is slow, simple and close to nature, surrounded by organic fruit trees. We’re looking for a volunteer to help with reception, check-ins and check-outs, the family restaurant, garden care, small DIY or building projects, and online visibility if you have skills.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

1 day off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Permaculture Course: Take part in our Permaculture course for free.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Intermediate English

Over 18 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Thailand

We’re looking for a volunteer who would like to join our daily life and help us with:

Because we are only two people, having a volunteer would really help us — but more than that, we’re looking for someone who wants to share moments, conversations, and the easy life with us.
If you enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, being close to nature, helping with different small tasks, and living a simple island life, you’ll feel right at home here. 💛

Activities & Shift

We’re looking for a volunteer who would like to join our daily life and help us with:

_Welcoming guests, check-ins and check-outs
_Helping at the reception
_Assisting in our small family restaurant (serving food, helping guests)
_Watering plants and helping take care of the garden 🌱
_If you’re good with computers or online tools, you can also help us improve our visibility
_And if you have construction skills, DIY ideas, or enjoy improving spaces, we’re always happy to get help with small building projects or creative ideas to make the place better
