30 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

This role is perfect for someone who loves baking, enjoys early mornings, and wants to share their skills in a lively, international hostel surrounded by jungle and lake vibes.

As a baker volunteer, you’ll be responsible for preparing artisan-style bread, pastries, and desserts for our restaurant and guests. You’ll help plan daily baking production, maintain kitchen organization, and ensure quality, freshness, and presentation of all baked goods.
