The experience

We are looking for a creative volunteer to help us style and decorate the interior of our vans, turning small spaces into cozy, eye-catching corners that guests will love. If you enjoy working with textures, colors, fabrics, lights, and small details that change the feeling of a space, this role is for you.

What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

What you’ll do:

+ Decorate and style the inside of our vans to make them warm, functional, and visually charming

+ Work with fabrics, cushions, curtains, lighting, plants, and small decorative elements

+ Create a cohesive look that fits the vibe of our homestay and the spirit of Cat Ba

+ Improve photo spots and guest experience through thoughtful styling

+ Help organize and arrange items to make small spaces feel comfortable and practical

Who we’re looking for:

+ Someone with a good eye for space styling, decor, or visual arrangement

+ Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

+ Comfortable working in small spaces and thinking practically

+ Respectful, tidy, and mindful of shared tools and materials

+ Interested in creating a cozy atmosphere rather than just “adding decorations”
