Rules
1- A minimum stay of one month (4 weeks) is required. If you cannot commit to this period, please do not apply, as applications that do not meet this requirement will not be replied to.
2- This is a family home, not a party place. We enjoy having fun as well, but we do not allow people to arrive drunk or create messes that others have to clean, as this is disrespectful.
3- Bringing visitors to your room is not allowed. We expect maturity, responsibility, and respect for our home
