The experience

We are looking for a responsible surf instructor with experience teaching beginner surfers. The role includes guiding guests safely in the water and creating a fun, supportive learning environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys teaching surf and connecting with travelers at a hostel.


What you offer

Requirements

Fluent English or Beginner Spanish

Between 18 and 35 years old

Program Details

As part of our Surf Program, the volunteer will be aware of high and low tides and communicate daily in the group chat the best time for surf lessons. They will stay attentive at reception in case guests ask about surf classes and help coordinate sign-ups. Creating a positive, welcoming vibe and encouraging guest participation is an essential part of the role.
