Admin & Management Support at Ebenezer Clinic – Gomba, Uganda

The experience

Support Ebenezer Clinic in rural Gomba, Uganda! Assist with admin & management: update patient records, track inventory & supplies, organize schedules, handle basic data entry, and help with digital tasks (reports, social media). Work alongside our dedicated clinic team and other volunteers in a collaborative environment. Private room, 3 Ugandan meals/day, flexible 4–6 hr shifts. 10 euros/day covers it all.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Additional fee required

Amount: € 10 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers

Description: Volunteers contribute 10 Euros per day for accommodation and meals daily

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely
