Program Details
This volunteer programme is a deep experience of community living, practical learning, and personal growth. Rather than a simple exchange, it is an active participation in the daily rhythm of a residential educational centre.
Volunteers are part of the core team supporting courses and community life. The rhythm is about 7 hours per day, one day off per week, plus additional rest days when no groups are on site. Presence, care, and collaboration are central to the experience.
Activities & Shift
Main activities
Tasks vary throughout the week and are shared in a balanced way:
Kitchen support (food preparation, cleaning, breakfast on a rota)
Daily cleaning of bathrooms and shared spaces
Weekly deep cleaning of common areas
Helping in the vegetable garden and caring for the land
Supporting the preparation of homemade products (bread, kombucha, preserves, herbal remedies)
Being present in daily community life alongside the team
Rules
No specific professional skills are required. What matters most is reliability, a collaborative spirit, flexibility, respect for shared spaces, and a genuine enjoyment of community living.
