Hostel Manager Intern
The experience
We are looking for a motivated, organized individual interested in becoming a part of our team for at least 6 months. You start as a volunteer (± 1 month) while learning the administrative part of running a hostel. Based on performance, you will transition into a Salaried Manager role.

What you offer
30 hours of help per week
Cleaning:
Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Housekeeping:
Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
Administration:
Help with booking systems and payments.
Reception:
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
What you get
1 day off per week
Team Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Requirements
Intermediate English
Over 22 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
