The experience

Join our fun, international hostel crew and live the true backpacker experience! We’re looking for an easy-going, confident volunteer with receptionist and customer service experience plus booking system knowledge. 5 morning shifts (8:45am–1:15pm).
Tasks include check-in/out, payments and laundry and customer service.
Extra hours over 15h are paid.
Folding & closing shifts available for the right legend. Available 15 Feb–15 March only.

What you offer

15 hours of help per week

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Fluent English

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

You’ll be part of our reception team, helping with daily hostel operations and creating a welcoming vibe for guests from all over the world. Your tasks include check-in and check-out, handling payments, basic laundry duties and assisting the team during busy times. This is a great opportunity to gain hostel experience, meet travelers and be part of a fun, social environment.

Activities & Shift

Morning shifts are from 8:45am to 1:15pm. 5 days a week .
Extra paid hours may be available.
