What you offer

Program Details

We are looking for people who enjoy being part of a shared home and an active, social environment.

Baristas

If you enjoy coffee, simple routines, and interacting with people, this role is for you. You will help prepare our drink stock, welcome new guests with a complimentary drink, and serve during our evening cooking classes. It’s a relaxed but social role where conversations happen naturally.
Schedule: 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Social Butterflies

This role is about people, connection, and energy. You will help host activities, guide guests into what’s happening at Casa Coco, and work closely with our team to make sure everyone feels included. Your presence helps turn a hostel stay into a shared experience.
Schedule: 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Cleaning & Reception Support

If you enjoy creating order and keeping spaces welcoming, this role is essential. You will support our cleaning and reception team with daily tasks, help maintain common areas, and contribute to the overall flow and atmosphere of the house.
Schedules available: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm or 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
