The experience

We are looking for volunteers to support the housekeeping operations of our hotel.

This role focuses on cleaning, organizing, and inspecting rooms and common areas, following clear standards and checklists.

Main tasks include:
• Making beds and cleaning rooms
• Cleaning bathrooms and restocking supplies
• Cleaning common areas

This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail, consistency, and responsibility.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Over 20 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

his program supports the daily housekeeping operations of the hotel.

Volunteers are expected to follow cleaning standards, checklists, and procedures to ensure rooms and common areas meet quality expectations.

Activities & Shift

Daily activities include room cleaning, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, restocking supplies, cleaning common areas, and reporting maintenance issues.

The work schedule is 25 hours per week, usually Monday to Friday.

If support is needed during a weekend event, one weekday will be swapped to keep the total at 25 hours per week.

This role requires consistency, attention to detail, and respect for guest privacy.

This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property, and this policy must be respected at all times.
