Join us in the heart of Kampot, Cambodia! We are looking for a responsible, social, and proactive couple to help us maintain the warm, homey atmosphere our guests love.
The Role & Responsibilities
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the face of the property. You’ll be helping us ensure everything runs smoothly while keeping our guests happy and informed.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What We’re Looking For
The "Morning People": You need to be up and ready to move when breakfast starts.

The "Problem Solvers": You’re comfortable juggling a coffee order in one hand and a motorbike rental form in the other.

The "Easy-Goers": You don't mind the shared bathroom setup and enjoy the social aspect of staff lunches.

Commitment: Looking for a couple who can stay for at least 2–3 months.

Activities & Shift

The Daily Routine
We need a reliable couple to be the face of our guest house, primarily managing the morning rush and front-desk flow.

The Morning Shift: This is our busiest time. You’ll be helping organize and serve breakfast to our guests. This includes preparing/serving fruit, juices, and coffee, and ensuring everyone starts their day with a smile.

Reception & Concierge: Once breakfast is settled, you’ll handle guest requests. This involves:

Coordinating motorbike rentals.

Booking travel tickets (buses, taxis, etc.).

Giving advice on local tours and things to do.

Admin: Handling check-ins, check-outs, and basic guest inquiries.

Rules

No Smoking in Public Areas: There is strictly no smoking in any guest-visible areas, the reception desk, or the breakfast area. If you smoke, please do so in the designated staff area out of sight of the guests.

Morning Readiness: Since you are helping with breakfast, please be dressed and ready to go 10 minutes before service starts. No pajamas in the guest breakfast area!

The "Face" of the House: While we want you to be relaxed, remember that you are the first person guests see. A friendly, helpful attitude is required whenever you are in the common areas.
