The experience

We’re a kitesurfing pousada located in Ilha do Guajiru, Brazil, and we’re looking for volunteers to join our team in both of our restaurants for the upcoming season.
If you have experience as a bartender, waiter/waitress, or kitchen hand and love an active lifestyle, this is the perfect place for you!
Expect a great team vibe, international guests, and constant wind for kitesurfing 🪁🌊

What you offer

28 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
