The experience

We are a social and lively party hostel looking for outgoing volunteers to join us as Barmaid and Event Planner. Tasks include bartending, planning and hosting events, socializing with travelers, organizing pub crawls, and keeping the bar clean and organized. This role is ideal for people who enjoy nightlife, meeting international guests, and creating a fun, energetic atmosphere in a busy, friendly hostel setting.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

Program Details

Our volunteer program is designed to create a fun, social, and welcoming atmosphere in our party hostel. Volunteers are part of the social team and help guests connect, enjoy events, and experience the local nightlife. The role combines bartending, event planning, and guest interaction in a lively international environment.

Activities & Shift

Daily activities include bartending, helping plan and host events, socializing with guests, organizing and leading pub crawls, and keeping the bar area clean and organized. Shifts are usually in the afternoon or evening and scheduled in advance. Volunteers are expected to be punctual, active, and team-oriented during their shifts.

Rules

Volunteers must be respectful to guests, staff, and other volunteers at all times. Responsible alcohol consumption is required during shifts. Keeping shared areas clean and following hostel guidelines is mandatory. Any form of aggressive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
