We are looking for a "Pro-Traveler" who understands that a creative hub in the wild requires both brains and hands. Your role is a hybrid between a professional collaborator and a core member of the estate's daily life. We prioritize your professional skills (Graphic Design, Web, or Content), but the Highlands are unpredictable—sometimes the team needs to come together for general property care to keep the engine running smoothly.
We have a lot of exciting projects on the table for 2026, and we’d love your "eye" and your hands on them:
- The Torridonia Brand: We’re defining the soul of our community. You’ll help us brainstorm and create the visuals that represent the "Clan."
- Digital Spaces: We’re building a new home online (WordPress) and a cool web store for Dirty Highlander. If you know your way around layouts and aesthetics, you'll have a blast here.
- Storytelling: This place is magic, and we want to show it. You’ll help us capture the "behind the scenes" of the hub—the muddy hikes, the fireside chats, and the evolution of the estate—to share with our community.
- Creative Support: You’ll be a strategic buddy for Sara (the face of Dirty Highlander), helping her keep her digital world organized, beautiful, and flowing.
You don’t need a 10-page CV, but you should have a background in something creative—maybe you're a graphic designer, a photographer, a content whiz, or a branding enthusiast.
You’re a "doer" who enjoys brainstorming over a coffee (o a whisky).
You’re comfortable with tools like Adobe or Canva, and you have a natural feel for social media.
You love the idea of "Luxury meets Mud"—you appreciate a beautiful estate but you're down to get your boots dirty in the Highlands.
Activities & Shift
Your schedule is flexible and will be assigned weekly by our Team Leader based on current projects and estate priorities:
Professional Projects (Core Focus): Branding for Torridonia, supporting the Dirty Highlander e-commerce shop, website optimization, and documenting the "Hub Life" for social media.
Estate Synergy (General Support): Occasional help with general maintenance (indoor or outdoor) and property care. We ensure the workload is divided fairly among the team.
Strategic Sync: Participating in weekly creative meetings and the "Business & Barrels" mentorship sessions.
Rules
Empathy & Balance: We maintain a fair exchange. We give our best to you, and we expect a professional, proactive attitude in return.
Team First: We are a multicultural crew. Being a "good teammate" means being reliable and willing to help others, even if the task is outside your main creative role.
Communication: All daily tasks are managed via WhatsApp. Checking the "Daily Ops" message is mandatory.
Respect the Space: We live in a historic estate and a family home. Cleanliness in common areas and respect for the private family wings are non-negotiable.
Proactive Spirit: Don't just wait for instructions. If you see something that needs fixing or a design that could be better—take the lead!
