What you offer
12 hours of help per week
Farming:
Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.
Animal Care:
Help look after and take care of animals.
Social Work:
Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.
Building & Repairing:
Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Description:
To help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, we invite volunteers to contribute a small amount of fifteen dollars per day. This covers meals, accommodation, and activities, so you can focus on making an impact and exploring freely! 🌍✨🤝
What you get
3 days off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Team Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Bikes at your disposal:
You can use our bikes any time you want.
Pick Up:
We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.
Basic Internet Access:
Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details
As a volunteer, you can contribute your time, skills, energy, or small financial support. Daily activities will be flexible and hands-on, including:
Land preparation – clearing areas, planting initial crops, and mapping out future garden and farm zones.
Planning & organizing – helping design spaces for buildings, latrines, animal areas, and community projects.
Creative input – suggesting ideas, layouts, and systems to make the land thrive.
You’ll be welcomed as part of the family, treated with respect, and free to explore the area anytime 🌍✨. This is a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and leave your mark on a space that will evolve over time.

Activities & Shift
1. Orientation & Briefing (First Day)
Welcome volunteers and introduce them to the 8-acre property.
Safety briefing and explanation of tools, farm areas, and future project zones.
Overview of volunteer tasks and flexible daily schedule.
2. Land Preparation & Farming 🌾🥬
Clearing land of weeds, debris, or stones.
Preparing soil for future crops and garden areas.
Planting seeds or seedlings and watering.
Mapping out zones for future farm beds, gardens, and trees.
Maintaining early crops and monitoring soil health.
3. Building & Construction Planning 🛠️🎨
Helping mark areas for future structures (e.g., caretaker house, latrines, community spaces).
Light construction prep: moving materials, leveling ground, or clearing spaces.
Painting fences or small structures if available.
Assisting with basic carpentry or building prep tasks under supervision.
4. Animal Care Preparation 🐓🐐
Preparing spaces for future animals.
Cleaning or setting up pens, water areas, and feeding zones.
Learning basics of animal care in anticipation of future farm animals.
5. Community Project Planning ❤️🤝
Helping design areas for children’s activities, open spaces, or gardens.
Brainstorming and organizing ideas for educational, recreational, or social programs.
Documenting plans and contributing creative input.
6. Skill Sharing & Learning
Volunteers can teach or learn skills like sustainable farming, basic construction, or community project management.
Opportunities to practice new skills in real-world settings.
7. Reflection & Feedback
End-of-day meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and share ideas.
Recording tasks completed for future planning.
8. Free Time & Exploration 🌳🌍
Explore the land and surrounding area.
Take photos, sketch layouts, or simply enjoy nature.
