My experience at Will & the hostel was truly beautiful! I spent one month surrounded by kind, welcoming people who created a safe and supportive environment. The staff is very respectful toward volunteers: working hours are respected, tasks are not difficult, and they are always ready to help or listen. It really feels like home, even in a new city where you don't know anyone. The hostel has great common spaces to study, work, or meet people from all over the world, and it's perfectly located in The Hague, a lively city with lots to see, making the experience even more special :)

I volunteered at Will & the hostel for eight months, and it was an incredible experience. I left a week ago and already miss the warm, friendly atmosphere. From day one, I felt part of a family. I learned a lot about hospitality and teamwork, and everyone treated me extremely well. A special thanks to my manager, Cat, whose kindness and support made every day better. Will & the hostel became a home away from home, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a meaningful experience.

It was my first experience as a volunteer and it was incredible. Everyone was very kind and it felt like a very close-knit family. My stay here has been an amazing and intense experience. I have made deep connections that im sure will last a lifetime, I am so thankful to Cathy and everyone in the staff for being so welcoming and friendly. Cathy is so nice, she's like a mother, she always finds the way to help everyone and is really flexible. The work was sometimes harder and sometimes easier but it was good. The vibe in the hostel is so fun and friendly, i already miss it, even sharing a room with so many people. It has been the most rewarding experience of my 2025 for sure and i'm forever grateful!

Staying at Will & the hostel was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. I met amazing people from all over the world, and the atmosphere was just incredible. The location and facilities are perfect you get to explore not only the city but also the country and its culture. The manager and the whole team are super flexible, kind, and understanding with every volunteer. I'll miss them all so much and will remember this experience forever. Truly a unique place. I recommend it 100%! ♥️

I had the most amazing time at Will & the hostel!!!!! Since the beginning I felt like home. I got along super well with the other volunteers and staff, everyone was super kind. Cathy is just the best manager in the world!! She was always checking on us and making sure we were okay and having a great time. She takes such good care of us and she's always available to listen and help. I can't say to go back!!!!!! I already miss it so so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️
