What you offer

Program Details
Official Schedule & Commitment
• Daily Commitment: 4 hours per day.
• Weekly Total: 20–24 hours (depending on days off).
• Nature of Work: This is a voluntary collaboration. No monetary salary or wages are exchanged; the participant is provided with accommodation and sustenance as a "thank you" for their contribution.
Activities & Shift
Shift Structure (4 Hours): Usually scheduled in a single block (e.g., 09:00 – 13:00) to allow for 20 hours of personal/cultural time daily.
Core Responsibilities:
• Creative: Photography & Videography for project documentation.
• Hospitality: Guest reception and social interaction.
• Maintenance: General cleaning and interior/exterior painting.
• Sustainability: Gardening and landscape upkeep.

Rules
Punctuality: Participants must be ready for their 4-hour shift at the agreed-upon time.
• Skill Quality: Photography and videography must be delivered in high resolution; gardening and cleaning tasks must meet the host’s cleanliness standards.
• Responsibility: Participants are responsible for the safe handling of any equipment (cameras, gardening tools, painting supplies) provided by the host or if available to bring tools like cameras and own laptops that could great full!
