Quiver Point is a Moroccan-owned, locally run boutique surf guiding crew in Tamroqt, Morocco. Join as a volunteer marketer: create/post consistent reels, stories & photos, keep our brand sharp, and help grow bookings (IG/TikTok). In return, score Morocco’s best waves with locals. What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

Quiver Point is a Moroccan-owned surf guiding business in Tamraght, Morocco. As our Marketing Volunteer, you’ll help us grow by telling our story online highlighting daily surf missions and local culture.

You’ll work directly with the owners on a simple plan: consistent, detail-focused content that drives bookings. The schedule flexes with swell: surf with locals, capture photos/video, then edit and schedule posts. Weekly check-ins to review insights and improve.

Activities & Shift

Flexible with surf conditions:
• Surf mission / guiding session + shoot clips (phone ok)
• Edit 1–2 pieces of content (Reels/TikTok/Stories), write captions, add tags/locations
• Schedule posts, update highlights, reply to DMs/comments
• Weekly: simple analytics recap + next-week content calendar

Approx. 20–25 hrs/week (agreed together), with surf time built in.

Be reliable and detail-oriented: communicate clearly and deliver agreed weekly outputs.
• Respect Moroccan culture and our local community.
• Ocean safety + surf etiquette: follow local guidance; don’t take unnecessary risks.
• Guest privacy: ask before filming close-ups; never share private info.
• Keep content accurate and aligned with Quiver Point (no misleading claims).
• Follow Moroccan law; no illegal drugs.
• Take care of equipment and keep shared spaces tidy.
