Fluent English or Fluent Spanish

Between 18 and 80 years old

Program Details

At Finca Adama, we expect Worldpackers to collaborate with creativity, responsibility, and respect for nature and community life. As a Social Media volunteer, you will help create and manage content that reflects our sustainable lifestyle, daily activities, and values. We expect initiative, openness to learn, and authenticity in storytelling.

In exchange, volunteers can expect a welcoming environment, flexible 25-hour work weeks, time to connect with nature, and the opportunity to be part of a conscious, regenerative project. This experience is based on collaboration, learning, and cultural exchange rather than perfection or pressure.

Activities & Shift

Daily Activities:

Create photo and video content (posts, stories, reels)

Manage and update social media platforms

Write captions and short texts aligned with our values

Document daily life, nature, and community moments at the finca

Organize and edit digital content

Engage with the online community when needed

Shift Details:
Volunteers will work 25 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Tasks can be distributed throughout the week depending on creativity, light conditions for content creation, and finca activities. We value autonomy, balance, and open communication when organizing shifts.
