We are looking for creative and enthusiastic volunteers to help bring life, culture, and positive energy to our hostel through arts, music, and guided experiences 🎨🎶🌍. This role is perfect for travelers who enjoy sharing creativity, culture, and local knowledge with guests and staff.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Music: Perform to entertain guests, children or local communities.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Beginner Hindi or Intermediate English

Between 18 and 45 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

We are looking for creative and enthusiastic volunteers to help bring life, culture, and positive energy to our hostel through arts, music, and guided experiences 🎨🎶🌍. This role is perfect for travelers who enjoy sharing creativity, culture, and local knowledge with guests and staff.

Volunteers may organize artistic activities, music sessions, or simple cultural events, as well as assist in guiding guests and sharing information about the local area 🗺️. The goal is to create a fun, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere in the hostel.

This program has a minimum stay of 1 week ⏳ and follows a structured but flexible schedule ⏱️. In exchange, we offer accommodation 🛏️, scheduled days off 📅, and a chance to connect with people from different cultures 🤝.

Maintain a positive and safe environment for guests and staff 🛡️.

Complete the minimum stay of 1 week ⏳.

Failure to follow rules may result in early termination of the exchange ⚠️.
