What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.


What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Beginner English or Beginner Hindi

Program Details

We are looking for motivated and responsible volunteers to join us as housekeeping support staff. This opportunity is ideal for travelers who are comfortable with routine work and who take pride in maintaining clean and organized spaces.

Volunteers will assist with daily housekeeping tasks to help ensure a pleasant environment for guests and staff. In exchange, we provide accommodation and scheduled days off. The stay is short-term, with a minimum commitment of one week, and follows a structured work routine.

This position is best suited for individuals who are disciplined, reliable, and able to follow instructions. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful but not required, as training and guidance will be provided upon arrival.

We value respect, teamwork, and responsibility. Volunteers are expected to follow house rules and maintain professional behavior throughout their stay.


Activities & Shift

Volunteers will help mainly with housekeeping and cleaning tasks, including:

Cleaning guest rooms and common areas

Making beds and changing linens

Sweeping, mopping, and dusting

Laundry and folding linens

Organizing storage and cleaning supplies

Assisting with daily cleaning routines

Supporting the team with general maintenance of cleanliness

All activities are explained on arrival, and guidance will be provided to ensure tasks are done correctly and efficiently.


Rules

Volunteers must respect the agreed work schedule and responsibilities.

Punctuality is mandatory. Late starts or missed shifts are not acceptable.

Volunteers must complete all assigned housekeeping tasks with attention to cleanliness and detail.

Keep all shared spaces clean and organized at all times.

Respect staff, guests, and other volunteers. Any form of disrespect will result in immediate termination of the stay.

No drugs or illegal substances are allowed on the property.

Alcohol consumption is not allowed during working hours.

Volunteers must follow quiet hours and respect rest times.

Any damage to property must be reported immediately.

Personal hygiene and professional behavior are expected at all times.

Days off must be respected as scheduled and cannot be changed without prior approval.

The minimum stay of 1 week must be completed, unless otherwise agreed.
