The experience

Wander is a small boutique hotel committed to exceeding guest expectations in the small surf town. Volunteers help with guest experience across the hotel/restaurant/bar, and coordinate local tours through El Paredón Tours.

You communicate effectively, take initiative, multitask/prioritize well and love people! Some English/Spanish. Opportunities to focus on your interests/strengths (kitchen, social media/marketing, events, systems, etc)

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
