You’ll help plan and host daily and weekly activities for guests and volunteers, be part of the action, and turn every day into a social experience. What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Music: Perform to entertain guests, children or local communities.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Requirements

Fluent English or Beginner Spanish

Between 18 and 36 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

This role is all about creating unforgettable moments at the hostel. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and hosting daily and weekly activities for guests and volunteers, helping to build a fun, welcoming, and international community.

Activities & Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Propose, organize, and execute daily and weekly hostel activities

Coordinate activities with volunteers and staff

Encourage guest participation and create a friendly, inclusive atmosphere

Be present during activities as both coordinator and host

Help turn everyday moments into memorable experiences

Rules

Social, proactive, and confident communicator

Creative and full of ideas for games, events, and group activities

Comfortable interacting with people from different cultures

Organized but flexible, with the ability to adapt day by day

Positive attitude and passion for community life
