Program Details

At Casa Alsatia, we believe in a calm, respectful and well-cared-for way of living together. We are looking for a person who will live in the coliving and help us take care of the daily guest experience.

This is not a traditional reception role, but a community and operations support role: being available, helping with small issues, and contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere. You will work in close contact with the owner, with autonomy and responsibility.

Activities & Shift

Main tasks include:

– Being the main point of contact for guests after check-in
– Supporting guests with daily questions, needs or small issues
– Coordinating cleaning schedules, restocking and basic operations
– Contacting providers in case of incidents (WiFi, maintenance, etc.)
– Supervising the proper use of common areas
– Helping to build community by organizing at least one activity per month

The schedule is flexible and spread throughout the day, combining presence and availability rather than fixed shifts.

Rules

We are looking for a responsible, organized and social person who enjoys being in contact with a community. Initiative, good communication skills and care for shared spaces are essential.

This is not a tourist stay, but a real co-living experience. We expect respect for the community, discretion, and commitment during the stay.
