This program is designed for people who enjoy working with others, staying organized and being part of a fast-moving outdoor environment. You will gain hands-on experience in hospitality, sports tourism and school management while living by the sea in one of the best kitesurfing destinations in Africa.

You will work closely with the owner and instructors, learning how a kite school operates behind the scenes — from scheduling lessons and managing bookings to handling guests and responding to changing wind and weather conditions. Every day is different, and your role is essential to keeping everything running smoothly.
