The experience

Join a community-based project in Kampala, Uganda 🇺🇬 as a Project Work Volunteer. You’ll support the planning, implementation and monitoring of project activities, working closely with the local team to meet timelines and achieve goals. This role offers hands-on experience in development work and is ideal for volunteers interested in community impact and project coordination.

What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 175 Per week

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers

Description: The fee caters for accommodation, in country transportation in the project work, and all the benefits I included prior, meals, internet access and more

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements
