The experience

We’re looking for motivated volunteers to support our community by helping us stay organised, tidy, and connected 🤝🌿. Your tasks will include keeping the shared spaces clean and welcoming, assisting with light community management, and making sure everyone feels included. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys teamwork, communication, and creating a warm, positive atmosphere ✨🌼.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Intermediate English or Intermediate Portuguese

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
