Cow Farm and Cafe Project
The experience
As part of Sanuki PLH's commitment to community-based learning and sustainable development, we are collaborating with a local organic cow farm located just ten minutes away. Volunteers support refurbishment and cleaning of facilities, assist in running a café, and help make pastries and farm-based products using farm ingredients. The project offers hands-on experience in Japanese agriculture, rural entrepreneurship, and community revitalization.

Volunteers collaborate with Sanuki Peer Learning Hub and a nearby organic cow farm to support the farm’s early-stage development and its integration into the local community.
The program focuses on transforming rural spaces into welcoming, functional environments through cultural exchange, refurbishment, café development, and food! Volunteers contribute to meaningful, hands-on projects while learning about organic farming, rural entrepreneurship, and life in Kagawa. The program emphasizes mutual learning, cooperation, and sustainability.
