This role is for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of animals in our care. Your focus will be on designing, testing, and implementing creative enrichment activities that keep our animals mentally stimulated, happy, and engaged.

This is not a passive role. You’ll spend time observing animals, learning their behavior, and experimenting with ideas to improve their daily lives. Your work will directly impact their wellbeing and quality of life while contributing to the larger mission of regenerative education and humane care.

You’ll also get hands-on experience with the daily routines of the animals, giving you a deep understanding of how enrichment fits into overall animal care and learning programs. This is immersive, creative, and rewarding work—and it’s not for the faint of heart.
