📱🎥 Social Media & Video Creators Wanted for an Epic Agro Farm 🌍🌾

The experience

Welcome to The African Dreams — more than a farm, a vision for the future of food security in East Africa. 🌱 Located in the Teso sub-region (Kapelebyong), our 5,000-acre project is home to 500+ sheep and cattle and growing fast. We’re looking for creatives to help tell our story through social media and video while experiencing large-scale, sustainable African farming.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Beginner German

Between 18 and 65 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Activities & Shift

Your Mission (What you will do):
As our Content Creator, you won’t just be a volunteer; you’ll be our Visual Storyteller. Your tasks will include:

Cinematic Drone & Ground Footage: Capture the vastness of our 5,000-acre land and the serene beauty of the Nile.

Short-Form Content: Create engaging Reels/TikToks/Shorts showcasing daily life on the farm, our livestock, and the resort’s progress.

Vlogging: Help us produce "Behind the Scenes" YouTube videos for our investors and followers.

Photography: Professional shots of our accommodation, organic meals, and local community projects.
