Visiting Educator – Nature Camp for Children (Ages 4–10)
The experience
Our nature camps offer young children a playful, non-structured, immersive experience in nature, where curiosity, movement, and imagination lead the way. This position is intended for experienced educators, researchers, facilitators, or practitioners interested in nature-based learning with children aged 4–10. The primary purpose is mutual learning, observation, and knowledge exchange.
What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Social Work:
Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.
What you get
2 days off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Tent:
You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Bikes at your disposal:
You can use our bikes any time you want.
Pick Up:
We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Basic Internet Access:
Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Intermediate English
Over 21 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details
Within the borders of Amsterdam, in the largest natural landscape in the city is our nature camp. We offer activities for children during the day time and conduct research on regenerative living.
The best of both worlds: a bike ride away from the vibrant city and a quiet rural area and private forest!
