Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Activities & Shift

Content Creation & Photography

Capture high-quality photos and videos throughout the venue daily
Film behind-the-scenes content (bartender making drinks, DJ setup, iguana moments)
Create Instagram Stories, Reels, and TikToks showcasing the Wow Bar experience
Photograph food, drinks, pool scenes, guests having fun (with permission)
Capture the energy of live DJ nights and special events
Film customer testimonials and guest experiences
Create content libraries for future use
Edit photos and videos using mobile apps (Lightroom, CapCut, InShot, etc.)
📊 Social Media Management

Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts
Post consistently across all platforms (minimum 1-2 posts daily)
Write engaging captions that capture our brand voice
Respond to comments and DMs promptly and professionally
Monitor brand mentions and engage with user-generated content
Schedule posts during optimal engagement times
Track analytics and adjust strategy based on performance
🎯 Growth & Strategy

Develop and implement social media growth strategies
Research trending audio, hashtags, and content formats
Identify and engage with potential customers and influencers
Create campaigns around special events (DJ nights, holidays, promotions)
A/B test different content types to optimize engagement
Collaborate with local tourism pages and travel influencers
Build relationships with travel bloggers visiting the area

Posting Schedule:
⏰ Consistent daily posting is mandatory

Minimum 1-2 Instagram posts/Reels daily
3-5 Stories per day minimum
TikTok content 3-5 times per week
Facebook posts daily
Stories during all live events and busy nights
Response to comments/DMs within 2 hours during active hours
