Welcome to Wow Bar - Tam Coc's premier luxury destination where hospitality meets adventure!
We're not just a workplace; we're an experience. Located in the heart of Ninh Bình's stunning landscape, Wow Bar is a unique fusion of boutique hotel, high-end restaurant, vibrant bar, and entertainment venue.
What you offer
24 hours of help per week
Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.
What you get
1 day off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.
Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.
Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely
Requirements
Fluent English or Beginner Vietnamese
Between 18 and 40 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
What's not included
Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

As part of our team, you'll gain hands-on hospitality experience in a professional, fast-paced environment while immersing yourself in one of Vietnam's most breathtaking regions. Remember returning guests' names and preferences

Circulate throughout the venue engaging guests in friendly conversation
Introduce guests to our unique features (iguanas, pool, entertainment)
Facilitate connections between guests - help solo travelers meet others

Share interesting facts about Tam Coc and local attractions
Create memorable moments and photo opportunities
Keep the energy high and positive throughout the evening

Introduce guests to our resident iguanas

🏊♂️ Pool & Entertainment Area Host
Welcome guests to the pool and entertainment areas
Ensure guests are comfortable and have everything they need
Organize or facilitate poolside games and activities
Create a fun, social atmosphere around the pool
Encourage guests to use our bed seats and amenities
Coordinate with service staff for guest requests
🎱 Games & Activities Coordinator
Invite guests to enjoy pool table and other activities
Help organize friendly competitions or tournaments
Keep entertainment areas lively and engaging
Suggest activities based on guest interests
Foster a fun, inclusive environment
🎵 DJ Night Coordination
Rules
Uniform will be given to you upon arrival
Must be clean and well-presented at all times
Closed-toe shoes required (for safety)
Hair tied back neatly if long
Minimal jewelry
Clean, professional, and approachable appearance

Host in high demand at the moment
Many worldpackers have been applying to this position recently. The host will probably not be able to respond to all of the applications, so we recommend that you also apply to other hosts in our community and not just this one :)
