Program Details

There will be time dedicated to caring for the Earth, sharing meaningful moments together, and enjoying free time to look after yourself. We follow a holistic approach to Mother Nature and live fully off the grid, in harmony with natural rhythms.
During your stay, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about food forests, regenerative farming, vegetarian cooking, and mindful living. We are holistic teachers and deep ecology trainers, and we love sharing our knowledge through everyday life and lived experience 🌱

Activities & Shift

You’ll support us in a variety of hands-on, nature-based activities, including:

- Working with permaculture systems, such as food forests and swale maintenance
- Caring for and growing vegetables in our gardens
- Helping build eco-structures like cabins, gazebos, and natural shelters
- Creating and maintaining regenerative ecosystems in harmony with the land
- Taking part in olive care and harvesting during the October season

Every activity is an opportunity to learn practical skills, connect with nature, and experience regenerative living from the inside
