BAR TENDER & HOSPITALITY ASSISTANT


The experience

Supporting daily bar operations by preparing and serving beverages, assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, handling basic stock management, and supporting general hospitality activities when needed.


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 20 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers, Materials for volunteer activities, and Donation to project

Description: Volunteers contribute $ 15 for food, Walter and accomodation.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely


Requirements

Intermediate English or Fluent English

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Activities & Shift

Prepare and serve beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to lodge guests

Welcome guests and assist with basic guest service needs

Keep the bar and serving areas clean, organized, and hygienic

Wash and organize glassware and bar equipment

Assist with stock checking and restocking beverages

Take orders politely and ensure good customer service

Support the lodge team with general hospitality duties when needed

Follow lodge rules, safety, and hygiene standards

Help create a friendly, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere for guests
