❄️ Urgent – Winter Helper Needed in Niseko (End of Season)

The experience

We’re urgently looking for one reliable helper to join our lodge in Annupuri, Niseko for the end of the winter season. The role includes breakfast preparation, housekeeping, guest support and snow clearing. In exchange for around 25 hours per week, we offer a private room and a reimbursement equivalent to the Annupuri season ski pass. Great opportunity to enjoy late-season skiing and lodge life in a friendly, international team.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 22 and 35 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

We are urgently looking for one motivated and reliable helper to join our lodge team in Annupuri, Niseko for the final part of the winter season.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to experience daily lodge life in Niseko, enjoy the ski season until the end, and be part of a small, international team in a more relaxed, end-of-season atmosphere.

Your role
You will support the daily operations of the lodge, including:
• Preparing and setting up breakfast
• Cleaning rooms and common areas
• Assisting with guest check-ins and basic guest support
• Snow clearing
• General help as needed to keep the lodge running smoothly

Work conditions
• Around 25 hours per week, depending on occupancy
• Shifts may include early mornings
• End-of-season period (availability as soon as possible)
