Program Details

Our volunteer program is designed for backpackers who want to be part of a relaxed, community-focused hostel environment while gaining hands-on hospitality experience. Volunteers help with day-to-day kitchen, restaurant, and housekeeping tasks, working alongside our local team.

In exchange for a few hours of help each day, volunteers become part of our hostel family—meeting travelers from around the world, learning new skills, and contributing to a clean, welcoming space for everyone. This program suits positive, easy-going people who enjoy teamwork, shared spaces, and hostel life.

Activities & Shift

You’ll be helping out about 5–6 hours a day, six days a week – then the rest of the time is yours to explore jungle trails, relax on the beach (just five minutes away!) or soak up the view from your own glamping tent. It’s set on a wooden deck, with a double bed, power point and a killer sea view.
