The experience

We are a new hostel in India and we are looking for creative, open-minded, and collaborative people to help create a vibrant, artistic, and multicultural community from the start.

If you enjoy music, events, meeting people from all over the world, and creating memorable experiences, this position is for you!

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Music: Perform to entertain guests, children or local communities.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 20 and 35 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

What you will help do:

Create and strengthen the hostel community

Help organize parties, jam sessions, and cultural events

Contribute ideas and support to activities related to music and art

Promote events inside and outside the hostel

Help with social media (content, stories, promotion, creative ideas)

Interact with guests and help create a welcoming and fun environment
