The experience

We are seeking a passionate, energetic,and people-focused surf camp host to join our team. As the face of our surf camp,you will be responsible for creating an amazing experience for our guests from the moment they arrive until they leave. This is a unique role that blends hospitality. Outdoor adventure, and teamwork, perfect for someone who loves surfing,the beach and meeting new people from all over the world.

What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Intermediate English or Fluent Tagalog / Filipino

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

Our surf camp is a fun, immersive,and hands on program designed for surfers of all levels from complete beginners to advanced riders. Over the course of surf camp, participants will learn the fundamentals of surfing, improve their skills, and experience the thrill of riding waves in a safe,supportive environment. More than just surfing our camp emphasize community,outdoor adventure, and personal growth.
