The experience

We’re always looking for ongoing volunteers to support our daily operations. Tasks may include guest assistance, housekeeping, cleaning, and kitchen support. This is a flexible volunteer position, ideal for proactive and friendly people who enjoy working in a social environment. In return, volunteers receive accommodation, meals, and a community experience. Tasks vary depending on current needs and season.

What you offer

10 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Intermediate English and Intermediate Spanish

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
